In 2016, I grabbed my 14 years of negotiation techniques from working in the juvenile corrections and children's mental health field and started applying it to real estate. I had no idea I was going to love it so much! Living in an area that experiences all four seasons, has nearly every recreational opportunity available within an hour drive, provides spectacular dining and shopping options, and still maintains a friendly rural feel to it really helps me share my passion for putting down roots here and investing in the area. Besides my primary home, I have also invested in long term rentals and even a few short term rentals in the mountains nearby.
